I'm very happy to report that since I added more greens to my smoothies, I've been able to manage the cravings, and over the course of the week, I'm down another 2.2 pounds, for a total of 17.8; my muscle is up 1.5%; fat is down 1%; and my BMI is down .9%! Yea!!! I'm so incredibly grateful to have found 80/10/10.
Well, after two weeks of eating everything that wasn't nailed down (and feeling like crap and a failure AGAIN), I am back to LFRV 100% starting today. I'm adding even more greens to my smoothies to see if that takes care of the craving issue. At any rate, it can't hurt.
