Well I was much better today about eating enough and staying full. My son's curry rice for dinner smelled delicious and of course I wanted it, but it was not calling my name like last night’s fries. Well I did not improve in making decisions that will help get me through this detox today and instead made additional bad decisions. If I do not change tomorrow I am certain I will end this detox short. I was hungry while making my son one of my favorite foods-baked fries- and although I did not eat any, I was so very tempted. I got up this morning and started my usual routine. Made my son a smoothie, drank my liter of water, got my son ready and then worked out and stretched. For breakfast I had a green smoothie with bananas, strawberries, pineapple and romaine. I had another smoothie for lunch that consisted of bananas, mango's and dates.
