Hi! Today is my 1st full day on the 811 LFRV lifestyle and my only issue was an upset tummy after eating dried dates. At first I thought it was the bananas because I was doing banana date shakes leading up to today but this morning I had 5 bananas with no issues. Then ate 3 dates late in the day and soon after my stomach started rumbling and I got gassy. I was hoping to use dates as my energy source on my long distance triathlons. Is this normal? Will my body get use to it?
