My name is Brandon Dunham. I'm 20 years old and currently attending a community college. I learned about thirty bananas a day through youtube. I have compelted insanity with almost no results. I am trying to move into a fruititarian diet and am still learning.
I am reading Dr. Grahams work and have been lingering around watching many videos from both freelee, and durian rider. I also watch videos from kristina, her recipes are ones I might want to incorporate in the future.
When I first started raw eating. I was literally eating raw. But, not organic... I didn't like cooked greens, I preferred them more, "lively." I regret doing that now... and am trying to find ways to recover.

To be honest, I really want to indulge in this lifestyle. Financially I am unable to do a whole lot to help myself here. But I want to have a plan and a goal for a possible fruitful future.
When I started college I was very stressed out. Not only was I not very skillful or understanding of the stresses. My diet was ill planned and - for obvious reasons- was too intense and it ended up backfiring.
I was diagnosed with gastritis. I had too much acid in my diet. It's been almost a year now and I'm still trying to recover and let my body heal. I've been on and off trying to find anyway to help myself heal, but it seems to always backfire. Doctors don't have or care to supply any answers to me as to what might be easy on my stomach and healthy for me and my goal of moving towards a fruititarian lifestyle. Again, I'm left to be my own guinea pig and experiment until either I hurt myself again another way or end up dying from whatever Big Brother decides is the most efficient way to sterilize or eliminate me.
The lining in my stomach needs to recover. Everyone keeps telling me I may never eat fruit, at least for a short while, because they seem to say all fruit is acidic and that the fiber will cause irritation in my stomach again.
I want to pursue the fruititarian life style because it seems logical and people that take part in it do well, when it's done right. I do wish I had heard of it before I got terribly ill.
I'm looking for any help on the subject and if I can ever stop eating these GMO grits I'm forced to eat.
