My name is Beth I am a mother of 3 beautiful children and a grandmother of 5. I started a healthy lifestyle change about 4 years ago. I have lost over 150 pounds through working out, living life and making better and better food choices. I have kept the weight off for more then 3 years now, but have never obtained my goal. I still need to loose that last 10 to 20 pounds. I found out about 30 bananas on You tube. It seemed like the next step for me in my weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey to try the 80 10 10. I have been low carb/ high protein for many years so this is a BIG change. Looking forward to finally getting to my goal and not being so restricted in my diet. I want to eat to live... not live to eat! Live every moment to the fullest, laugh every day and love everyone as you would yourself! That is life!

Newbie..... So, I guess you would say I need allot of assistance. LOL. I have not read the book just watched vids on you tube. I have already started the 80 10 10. Tracking the percent on Myfitnesspal.com. I was very happy that for the first time in forever, I could eat whatever I wanted go over my 1,200 calories and not freak out about it or gain weight. I did gain a little but it was all muscle weight. My bodyfat % went down. Very exciting to me. I was very frustrated that I could not eat over 1,200 calories with out gaining. Working out for an hour a day on the elliptical and very active. It SUCKED! This was the first diet with no restriction. Also this week my Resting metabolism went up in just two weeks of HCRV. This Rocks... I have tried everything to make that go up!
