Practicing a plant-based diet for over 4 years now. Raising my 1st child (17months old) on that same diet. Interested in raw foods. Never had a passion or an interest for cooking foods, so a raw diet feels much more at harmony with me as a person.

I am more concerned with the sugars in fruit. I understand that veggies and herbs are a good idea to be the main part of a diet. Apparently, I may be the "adrenal" body type. I had my 1st baby 17 months ago, work almost full-time at a school nearby, and haven't been able to shed the last 10 kg. I went up 20 kg during my pregnancy. My cravings were fruit and some dairy, just fruit yogurt. I did eat some bread as I felt hungry often late in the evenings. Now I work and take care of my little girl. Have no energy or motivation left at the end of the school day or in the early evenings to go to a gym.
