I am about 5'3 or 4.. And I am about 195 pounds. I don't know how i got myself to this point but I did. I have tried fad diets. EVERYTHING you could try.. I have. I have wasted hundereds of dollars on programs like weight watchers and Jenny Program and everything else you could think of! I have been watching "Freelee TV" On youtube and looking at how happy she is and how healthy and active she is and I want to be that way too! Everyone deserves a chance at happiness and I am ready to take on this lifestyle!

P.S. Your background is one so many of us have shared, what with trying this and that and finally just becoming fed up. Make sure to read all the various links, etc in the URL above and also set up an account at cronometer.com, it's free. You want to log all your food intake, especially in the beginning, because you want to make sure you "GET ENOUGH FOOD IN"! LOL! How's that for a difference? Seriously, you need to not mix this style of eating with calorie restriction (and also keep the fat% in your diet down!), I know it sounds and will feel crazy (at least it did to me... at first) but it's really essential to being successful!
