Okay, so I came across Freelee via an article on the Daily Mail. At first, I thought, "this must be a hoax", then the more I read the more I thought "I really hope this isn't a hoax" as I could relate to so many of the negative symptoms she suffered before her fruit based rawtill4 lifesytle. So I bought and read her e-book and have just bought 80 10 10 and am about to devour that too! I am a busy mum of 4, I have always exercised but I started to take it all a bit more seriously almost 3 years ago when I discovered that I loved weight based circuit training more than other forms of working out but to get the look I wanted, I had to lean out. This meant that for almost 3 years I have been eating a diet of 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% "healthy fats" as well as aiming to restrict my calories to 1200 a day. In short, I weigh more now than I did when I started and its not that whole muscle is more dense than fat argument as my clothes are not any looser - I just ate more than my body could process so the excess turned to fat. For me though, this isn't about weight loss, this is about leading a healthy lifestyle where I feel great and don't continuously fall off the wagon and binge on sweet pastries, cookies etc as I am depriving myself constantly. I have blistery type spots around my chin area and my chest and shoulders are prone to more breakouts now more than ever before. I had to go to get a colonic last month as eating 100g protein a day with NOTHING coming out the other end for 2 weeks left me feeling and looking 5 months pregnant! The dietician said that my gut flora was probably out of whack so recommended these expensive pro-biotic supplements and that I increase my oily fish and flaxseed intake - I dis all of the above and 2 weeks later was even more bloated than before I had the treatment. I need an overhaul! I love fruit but for years have deprived myself of no more than 2 portions per day as I thought the sugras would play havoc on my insulin levels and cause me to gain more fat so have been eating foods like meat and cruciferous veggies (which to be honest, neither of them I even like) in a bid to set a healthy example and to feel energised when the opposite has happened.....

Evening meals will be the toughest. How much and what to eat in the evening is the best and which foods to avoid in the evening (apart from Melon - I got that from "go fruit yourself".
