Finally figured out what has been plaguing me these past weeks. Going to keep weight training to a moderate intensity. Need to incorporate more cardio.

This was today's training. Going to go heavier on chin ups instead of doing high rep stuff for awhile.

Well my training hasn't gone according to plan. I went to hospital because reasons and haven't worked out for a little more than a week since then. Today is my first training session since the incident. I will progress slowly but surely.
