I have known about fruitarianism for awhile know that lfrv is the way I should be eating. I don't know exactly how to start or where to when I live in a typical SAD eating area, but I am done with it. I have had it up to here with everything SAD. I have also had a very hard year mentally and now that I work with kids (which is a huge blessing for my mental state), I have been really sick. I want to be healthy and be a better example for these kids.

Hey there! Welcome! :) I live in St. Louis! I buy organic wholesale cases once a week for about half price what you'd pay in store. Mostly oranges 40# for about $35 right now and apples about 40# for around $1.35 per pound. I can also pick up a 40# case of organic bananas for about $22! :) If interested you can message me with your e-mail so I can send a list of prices. and order details. We get almost all of our bananas from Whole Foods by the case because they are the only place to get Earth Bananas which are delicious and .69 per #, not certified organic but grown sustainably. Hope this info. helps with eating low-cost. :) Dates and naners are your best friends! ;)
