I'm a psychologist who studied for two years in Philly, US and I mostly work with violence survivors. After too much coffee in the morning and booze at night, I started to have allergies and felt sluggish most of the time. Then, I met my Mexican chef boyfriend who taught me so much about healthy food and because I'm not really good at cooking, I stopped trying to cook meat. Now, after being vegetarian on and off for 9 months, I want to have a lifestyle that includes more fruit and greens. :)

I need help with knowing how much fruit can I eat (people tell me I will gain weight) and also encouragement with having this lifestyle and not making my family angry (they love meat!)
