I am vegetarian since I was 16. Then I switch to macrobiotics for 3 years, few months of fruit/raw then getting back to "ordinary" vegetarian diet. Few years back I introduced fish and chicken into my diet and only recently I realized that I actually can remember time I was HAPPIER... CLEANER... being more present and balanced and after my contemplations on the diets I've tried troughout my life... I realized I am completely different depending on what I eat. For instance.... In meat/fish phase I was more goal oriented, ambitious, stressed, depressed... It is a phase where I achieved the most but also never been unhappier (except for that short reason-wise phases).
Last week I took 7 day water fast (to somehow RESET my body) and during it I felt like I remember I used to feel when I was clean and balanced inside. I want to remain in that state but with eating something. :) I think frutarianism could be it! I will go for fruit/raw only for a month. We will take it from there. :) Thank you for all your videos and informations. You have been a great inspiration to me. :) Have a great day!
