I have studied and experimented with diet/health for the last 10yrs. There is never an end to what can be learned. There is no becoming too healthy! :-) I have often eaten 12-20 bananas a day..I am more into eating 30 oranges and/or a bunch of tropical fruits like lychees, soursops, cherimoyas, rolenia, etc. Raw vegan is undeniably a path to optimal health. I have eaten very close to 80/10/10 for about 5yrs.

I am an animal that belongs in nature without the synthetic creations of these "humans". I also belong to nature..It seems to be both the master and the teacher. haha. I love to climb coconut trees and all other fruit trees..and it is my favorite thing in the world to eat the fruit while I'm still in the tree and fling the peels to the ground. I mostly read only about heatlh, history, and spirituality..though I am highly interested in any/all mysteries that have to do with light, peace, and harmony.

I joined to connect with other humans on the path of genuinely seeking optimal health and balance with nature. And, I intend to start a community in the near future. Yes, another "hippie" community..haha. Joking aside, I believe a HCRV community located somewhere in the tropics is crucial..I would love to be part of a international HCRV movewment, and maybe it would gain momentum quicker if there was a physical point of concentrated effort. -You know, like the ripple effect! To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, establisehd raw vegan, it is possible discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that would not be possible otherwise.
