"You are combining a lot of fruit with processed foods. Try to keep all processed foods/ cooked foods to the end of the day and have fruit for Breaky & lunch + snacks. Dates are really good as you can make smoothies and blend with frozen fruit…"

I have begun being raw again it is my 5 th day of being raw. Since it is winter I am limited with the range of fruit so I have been having lots of date (not dried dates) smoothies. I drink about 2.5 - 3 litres of water a day but I still feel like I'm a bit dehydrated (my lips & skin are a bit dry aswell) I avoid the heater @ my home but when I have work the heater is full on there but I don't work everyday. "Firmness (should give a little under mild pressure), Taste, better to taste one before peak ripeness than after they all go over 8) I've never actually had those bananas but i guess if i got some that's what i would do."

"onions & garlic are suitable to include in a diet as they contain neuro toxins (which is the chemical which makes you cry when cutting up onions ect), they kill brain cells, you cant eat a full mono meal of just onions or garlic, the use the…"

hi, well im 18 years old and currently transitioning to the 80/10/10 low fat raw vegan lifestyle. i have always been interested in nature and health and i always felt that i was missing something in my diet. after taking out dairy (due to acne) i saw dramatic results and continued researching! I also love gardening at home and with friends and I soon plan to own a big piece of land with others and share and grow food and live like humans are meant too!! :3

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar)  your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
