Victoria Everett's video brought me here. I've been a vegetarian for 6 years, and I've been doing 60%+ raw for the past 3 weeks. I want to learn more about how to do it in the most healthy way possible. I'm starting to see that it's important to go completely raw with minimal dehydration, etc..

I'd like to learn more about what I should be eating each day. Also, my husband is interested in raw, but is a body builder. I've convinced him to try using mostly vegan protein powders, but he's still convinced he needs 200+grams of protein a day. I'd like to learn the truth about that.
