One more thing dear, I'm pretty sure you're a little older then me. Maybe in Uni or something? :D But how has your hair been since you started this diet? I've been mostly raw for about a year now and my hair has... well it's itself. Sometimes hehalthy, sometimes it falls out easily and doesn't feel like I would like it. So, is it just me or is this reaccuring in other womans hair?

don't focus on calories at all!
just make sure you are keeping low fat raw. i do a huge fruit smoothie in the morning consisting usually of bananas..... i do either a fruit or salad meal lunch and dinner. hope that helps :) !!!
