Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: My name is Aimee. I am 22 years old. In 2010, my weight was 210. I was depressed (my whole life i had been depressed) and i felt 100% worthless. I decided to stop hating myself and my body. I changed my eating habits, I began biking, running, doing yoga, strength training, kickboxing, etc. (things i have always enjoyed but never did... for what reasons, i don't know) In March 2013, i was 127. I stayed that weight until October 2013, when i became depressed because a relationship issue. I am currently close to 140. I am currently working towards 127, again. Actually 120, 115. My goal is to be the fittest, healthiest version of myself. I want to feel 100% comfortable in my skin. I am not sure how I came across Freelee but I am so incredibly glad i did. She makes me feel as if i can achieve my goals. I know this lifestyle is the right one for me. My eating habits are very healthy but i always end up binging and caving in. Also, i was eating lots of eggs. And occasionally chicken, salmon, and scallops. My skin is horrible, my chin is never without a zit. I completely cut out milk, replacing it with almond milk, a while ago but i still caved in to ben and jerrys, etc, when i was feeling extra sad. I crave sweets and i use a lot of energy, i believe your lifestyle is answer to my problems. I am tired of depression, I am tired of being close to my goal, i am tired of my acne and i am tired of being tired. I work a night shift job, which is really tough sometimes. I know following Freelee's lifestyle will make me happier, fitter, and more alive. Smart, funny, and sexy, she is a great role model. I am really grateful for the inspiration she gives.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: fight club, donnie darko, brave new girl, ellen hopkins, running, yoga, biking, writing, laughing, cooking healthy meals, inspiring people around me, making and selling salads (currently only one person but yay, a start), i aso have a website, www.sillybeasts.com (its an animal awareness site, its not finished yet but it looks okay) :)
