I have been vegeterian on and off,only seldomly ate fish.It is like 15 years about i don t eat meat I always hate it and I was forced to eat it.When my mom, a meat eater, was pregnant of me,every time she went close to meat I made her feeling terrible and I managed to make her kinda fainting for disgust., apparently this wasn t enough to make her understanding my nature.When I was a baby I was spitting meat,still i was forced.Cheese I never like it.My family was super stressful even before I became vegeterian.I kept trying going fruitarian but my biggest issue has been carbs like bread rice and pasta, being gluten sensitive I still used mais products and rice.But now because I want to make more effort, I can t be a slave of carbs.I really need support of other people to exchange experiences because even after short time of cooked and raw fruits diet transition my body is changing,being a dancer and acrobat I notice it quickly, and I got especially no other girls to share experiences with.Male bodies are different, the similarities aren t enough.Especially in italya there aren t many symphatizeres of this kind of choices so I must rely on international communities.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
