Hey there Tams, just checking in. You're on my mind, I hope you are doing OK and still have lots of love and support from your friends. Hey, may today bring some really unexpected and wonderful joy for you! :)
I'm glad to hear you say that, you're absolutely right! one foot in front of the other. I'm so sorry for the not nice stuff, and I know that you know that things will get better, but it's not always so fun getting there. I just wanted you to know that I was thinking of you and I am rooting for you! I'm sure lots of others are too. :)
No kidding! Paris-plage is not helping much I suppose... I am now realizing that when I was living in France I should have supplemented myself with vitamin D as the winters are very long and you sometimes do not get sun for almost a couple months!
are you doing a banana mono fast? i did that when i wanted to first start and felt the same. very constipated. ugh. i do green smoothies a lot now and that really helps with the bloating and it makes me feel energized and better than any other thing i eat. i really notice a significant difference in my skin, energy, mood and physiological feelings like no bloating when i drink them. ever read victoria boutenko? i love her books. she's the one who made me finally decide to go raw. i read "green for life" and "green smoothie revolution". they're both very short and she keeps you interested and informed. very nice. :) hope this helps!
Keep your head up :)
The bloating WILL go away, almost before you know it. I was completely panicked in the first couple of weeks. I thought I was destined to be bloated. I also assumed I was the only one experiencing this. You are not alone, most women face this small adjustment period in the beginning.
