Hi Shannon ! Your photo brought a huge smile to me...! Thanks for sharing regarding your reynaud's. That is just one symptom, on a rather extensive list that I have been juggling for several years, and any "light" at the end of the tunnels is most appreciated. I feel that I am on to something here with 811 that is cutting-edge, and I am resonating strongly with it right now. Do you ever notice that when you are very angry - or crying because of great sadness that your body heats up exponentially? Mine does that, and then all of the "cold" symptoms disappear. ( Fear brings it on big time!) Of course I have a theory;> I think that our emotional body can sometimes have tons of emotion that needs to be expressed. Today, I brought my next door neighbor some *comfort / SAD food* because sadly, her sister just died this morning, and I cried, mostly in my car for a few minutes, on my way to the gym. I then had to turn off the heat in my car and open a window... then had the most robust workout yet! This may be just a story about *me* and my emotional body, but if any of it ever rings true for you, I would be most interested in knowing about your experience.

Until we meet in person...

Pura Vida!

Mark!

Hey man. I was talking to J today and he was telling me about your Raynaud's. Mine has gotten SOOOOO much better. I cannot even tell you what it's like to be able to go outside and hike and not have to cover my hands with gloves! It's insanely wonderful. But yeah, LFRV is the way to go. It'll help the Raynaud's tremendously.

Yes, put those bananas back in the tropics and they will ripen like they were.

Unfortunately they wont ripen as fast up here as they would in the summer time, or in FL. Fruit thinks its in slow mo process cause of the cold weather... errr.

Mark I love your pictures! Great idea with the nanners as well. Ceasar salad is most definitely not 811 lol!
Soon I will have a citrus, starfruit salad going at the og. It will be great!

Mark, we have been talking about an 811 friendly menu for a LONG time now, actually Ive mentioned it since I started working. The issue is fruit. Once it ripens, it quickly rots. Now that I started Full Belly Fruit, I plan to have an 811 menu. We are going to announce in the future a 24 hour notice, or atleast 12, that someone will be looking for a high fruit meal. They will have a variety of fruit to choose from, including delicious mono meals. Citrus salads, mangos and starfruit, dateorades, banana persimmon date pies, sapodilla, papaya and mango, an array of fresh fruit smoothies and juices.

This is my dream that will come true within the near future. So I hope your ready!!
