I just caught your reply of several months ago to a lady named May where you recommended she consume local honey. While I'm sure your intentions were good, please be aware that honey or any bee derived products are not supported on 30B, either for our own health or that of the bees.
Well I just went to the dentist and I have alot of work to be done. I finally adjusted to fruit. I now eat all the fruit I want with no pain :D I love mangoes I have eaten an abundance of them in this past week I have an XXX large one I'm going to open for breakfast I'm so excited! Right now I'm eating 3lbs of grapes...so yummy!
It's great here in the ozarks, and very happy that the Waltons love putting money in bike trails and the arts. I have been vegan since last December of last year, when from raising meat animals and milking goats to high raw. So glad I am now part of the change on this planet! Have you been on this lifestyle for long?
I've been a vegetarian since 2006 and I've been doing the raw/vegan thing since the beginning of this year. I would love to re-locate to Australia (although I'm surprised to find out fruit isn't that abundant there) but just moving to a warmer city in Canada would help (a.k.a. London, Ontario).

Yes, my 80/10/10 lifestyle is coming along very nicely. I've been exploring it for almost 3 years now. I was at Doug Grahams's fasting retreat in Costa Rica last year (as an intern, not fasting) and met an interesting guy named Prakesh. He told me it takes at least 3 years to get firmly established in this diet and to find what really works for you. Patience is the key. Sorry, I'm not on Skype.
