Yea I was born in Poland but I've lived in the States all my life basically (came here when I was 1 year old). And yea there have been changes for example: I don't eat eggs with them during easter, I don't eat fish during christmas. Also recently I stopped taking the Body of Christ at Church (Catholic) because I'm not sure what it's made of. It's like bread right? And I mean it's not like it's a big deal or anything, I still believe in God not like I'm gonna go to hell lmao.
And by the way what are your favorite meals on this diet?Especially like salads and salad dressings because I can't find a good dressing lol
Yea I don't have any farmers markets around here only Whole Foods Market where I buy my bananas in bulk which are 35$ a crate. But it's OK because I work so I can afford it.
Yea my dad keeps saying you need to eat fish at least. I'm like....nah lol
And today I got a huge stomach ache in the morning after drinking my 10 banana smoothie. I think it's because I had that salad with baby corn at like 10 pm. The corn is a starch so I think it digests slower so the bananas hit the corn from last night and boom stomach ache :/
And what made you switch to 811rv? And where do you get your produce in Bedford? They have farmers markets or Whole Foods?
Yea I just bought some mangoes and they looked a lot better than the bananas lol And I'm not sure what craving I'm getting, for fat, salt, or cooked food. But I made a salad with baby corn from a can and that really helped. I ate it so fast like it's some kind of drug kinda scary lol I know Dr. Graham says eat greens when you're craving salt so I make big salads at night. It's also hard when you're whole family is still meat eaters and you have rice, tuna, potatoes, soups right in the kitchen and you know you can't have any.
I'm trying to get 3,000 calories in a day but it's hard. Sometimes I'll be really hungry but I just don't wanna eat fruit for some reason. I'm more hungry for cooked food than fruit which kinda sucks. But I hope you are right that it all gets better after 2 weeks. Tomorrow is day number 4 :)
And I found out about 80/10/10 while watching youtube videos of Dr. McDougall. Saw it on the side and I clicked on a video of Dr. Graham talking and thought it was CRAZY at first. I was like vegan is enough but RAW omg that is insane lol To be honest I didn't think I was gonna try this diet lol
Hey thanks for the comment :) Wanted to ask you how the first week or first few days went for you because it's only my third day and I have HUGE cravings for cooked food like brown rice and potatoes. I'm also getting bored of all these bananas my body wants something else cooked. How long will this last because I'm sooo wanting to eat some cooked food lol Thanks for the video btw :)
