I also have CFS and blood sugar issues, and have to eat slowly, through out the day. I feel so good on 811 CFS wise, but my teeth are developing lots of holes and cavities. Did your mouth situation improve?
Thank you for your questions. My CFS was disabling. Most days I could not get out of bed at all. When I could, I could barely get across the house without having to rest. I would fall asleep like a narcoleptic several times a day. I couldn't do any exercise. I remember my doctor actually writing a prescription for me to move my body in some fashion for at least 5 minutes a day. When she wrote that, and I realized it was too much to ask, I broke down crying. I knew I couldn't even walk slowly for 5 minutes a day. That was about 4 years ago. I went raw almost 3 years ago. I started improving right away, but I didn't really start getting energy back for about a year. I am still recovering, but I can now jog a mile at a time. I can go all day without a nap. I can sprint after my little dogs any time I want. I started 80/10/10 a few weeks ago and I am doing even better now. Whenever I eat cooked food, I am quickly reminded of how sick, tired, and miserable I used to be. Life is so good now and it gets better every day. After 3 years of raw, I am not fully recovered, but I am so much better now, that it's like night and day. Just be patient. You will get there. Add green smoothies with lost of greens to kick your healing into fast gear without having to fast. ((hugs))
