i'd love to hear about what going abroad was like for you! if you get the chance, since you're obviously busy:) but are you in school/traveling through a program like WEP or Rotary? (those are the names people always mention) or did you find a LFRV family by yourself? just curious:)
Aw that's a bummer u won't be here for longer! Burnt out isn't fun :/ hope you're doing ok! Can relate- I've been a bit of a stresshead with uni atm but looking forward to the break and treating myself a bit more nicely with proper fresh food and exercise! The stars might not align for us tho.. I'm heading over to NZ from 28th Jan- 21st Feb on a cycling trip with a friend (we're a little nuts, gonna try and cycle the whole thing.. 2750km eeeep).. i'll inbox you my number though in case and maybe we can hang one weekend :) haha.. check out illy, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLKiKTHgCFI) hillhop hoods (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uq8PyyMbrYQ), drapht (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DJnvFBZ7pc) on youtube ;) x
Hi Stacey, thanks for the comment. I just read your blog entry and I can totally relate to what you say, it can be very tough at times; I have no raw vegan friends and I'm new to my job and Vietnam. Funny that you are in Singapore in December I could be working there next year and will need to visit...I love Singapore and great for getting fruit and fresh juices. Do you know how long you will be there for? I would love to meet up.. Let me know the dates you will be there. :-)
Awesome, you're on :) I live at home at the moment- would be keen to move out but being at home works well while I'm still at uni and saving up. Sancta is a college? haha unlimited salad bar- wicked.. Are you applying for an exchange program through your uni?
I didn't know this site had a skype group? THat sounds awesome - The one downer about this site I feel is that it's difficult to get to know people off of the site - i've joined forums before where lots of people have added me to msn or skype and we've become friends from it - mainly art websites. It just makes it so much more personal, and becomes much more likely to get a sort of a pen pall , arrange met ups or just inspire each other.
