That sounds wonderful, good for you! What kind of music are you into? I am feeling super great because I slept on my floor last night. I read a post and article from 30bad about the benefits, and omg it is awesome! Haha, yay for radical healthy paths!

I feel like that too. My brother bought some chips, and I feel so tempted to eat just some. I think, oh it's just a handful, that couldn't hurt. But I don't want to think like that. Also, I have trouble eating as many calories as the book instructs us to eat because I've had disordered eating in the past, and still currently have it. I go to the extremes of either I eat nothing in a day, or anything and everything I can get my hands on. The reason for me transitioning into this lifestyle is so that I can stop my disordered eating and just be healthy without having to worry about calories, or overeating. I'm still having a bit of trouble trying to get used to this, but if I want to go off track, I look at videos, or before and after pictures thinking, "man, that could be me one day if I just stick to this." Hopefully, visiting this site everyday, multiple times a day will keep me on the right track.

Hey Dylann, I would love it if we helped each other with this. Especially if we're somewhat starting off at the same position. Although you've been vegan way longer than I've ever been haha! I really want this to stick. I'm tired of feeling like I have no energy due to high fat and greasy foods. ):

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar)  your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
