Hey Brent! I've been doing yoga for 2 years now, although on and off, but mostly on. When I started I wasn't very flexible at all but I noticed that a low fat raw vegan lifestyle helped increase my flexibility. I think what helped me the most was just trying to give a little more each time I went to yoga class, and patience.
I'm loving it here but it's definitely not into the fruit season yet. The durian that is around is amazing but very expensive at the moment. It's meant to be coming down in price over the next week or so. Definitely easier if you have a bike here to get fruit but then again Darrick and Jeremy are managing without bikes. By the end of the month the season should be in full swing. I've changed my return flight so will be here till the 12th of July.
One other thing I should mention is that some people got sick here and died recently so they've closed all the fresh water swimming spots. There's still the beach though.
Hey! I usually buy my fruit near the Saphan Kwai BTS station from the people on the street(bananas, dragon fruit, jackfruit) and get papayas from a lady near where I live...I generally don't go to any big markets and I don't buy in bulk...I usually buy food everyday which works for me. There is a great market by the Khempang Phet MRT station that has sugarcan juice and decent durian pods for cheap(don't be afraid to haggle a bit!)...all the other fruit is pretty expensive though!
Where abouts in BKK are you? How long are you here? I highly recommend Rasayana for a great raw dining experience in the city :)
Hey Brent! I do much of my shopping at a local shop called Malibu Fresh. I am there so often they give me good deals :) Where in Perth are you at? I'm in Rockingham. Yep i'm off to Thailand on the 24th dec till 7th april...can't wait :)
Hey Brent! It's unusual timing that you've asked me about my bob trailer as I sent it home last week in frustration. I've been traveling with it since the start of the year an just found it too much hassle in-between destinations as you are finding, especially at airports. It's 6kgs extra weight before anything goes in so weight can build up quickly and when it's really heavy it's just annoying on all levels. I just bought some Ortlieb front and rear paniers and it's so much easier and lighter to carry the same stuff and very well balanced as the front bags are mounted low on the front wheel. I'm intending on writing a blog about this on this site.
Sorry I haven't replied with positive solutions!
Just saw your comment on the Hawaii community idea ..... shame we didn't get to catch up in NQ the other month ..... the life you described is how I live up here .... on other peoples farms ....... helping out setting up orchards .... etc.... but yeah over time things can happen people change so ideally thats why people would want to own land .... for a guarantee ..... problem is real estate scam makes it expensive ..... thats why I did my project in Indo seems like we could do it multiple times cheaper there ..... search for Olympia Natural living ... over
Thank you for your comment ♥
Recently, I have just been using a Tupperwear plastic hand-juicer to juice my Oranges. I do have a Breville Juice Fountain that does a good job on citrus, but I have not been attracted to use it for quite a while.
I do not usually add the pulp back in, but I do sometimes add some pith.
Wishing you a Beautiful Day ♥

I flew to brisbane first, then to cairns w/ a big group of americans who were all studying abroad through the same program as me, and then back to brissy where im living. We were there for a week doing the touristy stuff...
