Hello fellow banana eaters...
I just wanted to report that things are going well. I like my bananas and feel very peaceful with my eating.
I'm doing more like 10 or 12 bananas a day -- not 30 like some of you. But that seems to be enough for me with my current level of physical activity. I'm no tri-athlete. I'm a 48-year-old woman battling Multiple Sclerosis.
Sometimes I do my bananas in smoothies and sometimes I just eat them up.
I eat some microgreens and some kale and carrots here and there, too. I had nectarines the other day and some pineapple a few days before that.
But, yeah, for sure, like 75 percent or so of my calories over the past six days have come from bananas. It's all good. I've no complaints.
I've been really busy with a work project and fighting a cold so I haven't worked out. I've know idea where my weight is but I feel like I've lost a few pounds.
Having struggled with eating disorders for years, I'm not one to jump on the scale every ten minutes. When I get to the gym during the next few days, I will weigh. And then I'll only weigh once a month.
I wish you all well.
Have a bananalicious weekend. xox
