It is changeable and mutable and (sometimes) unpredictable.
It is soft and mushy and fluid filled.
Your body knows exactly how to be healthy.
It knows how to heal, how to restore itself to an optimal state.
It knows how to come back from dis-ease, how to find a healthy weight, how to support you in all your endeavours.
But it can only do this if you treat it with the feminine respect it deserves.
Our society treats the human body in a very masculine way - we look at it as a series of chemical reactions, numbers of calories burned and consumed, nutrients needed, and so on.
This masculine view of the body has really gotten us in trouble.
So today, lets take a fresh look at the body, and how you can start to align with its feminine essence (even if you are a man!) so that you can allow it to lead you back to perfect health.
