Alright. You have heard that you should follow your bliss.
Do what makes you happy.
Find your passion and just, you know, do that.
That all sounds well and good except for a couple of things:
How do you figure out what your passion is, when you don’t know what your passionate about?
How do you deal with the fear that people are going to judge and reject you when you step into your bliss?
What about those conflicting bliss things - like it feels blissful to eat a cupcake, but terrible afterwards? How do you trust your bliss?
Here is the thing - following your bliss is REALLY HARD in todays world.
Today lets look at WHY it is so hard to find your passion/follow your bliss in todays society, so that you can have a better idea of why you feel blockg one back!

Now you understand why following your bliss is so.damn.hard.
You have been trained basically from the first day of your life, that you are messed up. That your uniqueness is scary and bad and wrong, and must be quashed at every turn.
You have been taught that the ONLY form of connection that exists is social connection, and thus if you were to ‘be yourself’ - with that ‘self’ not fitting into the very narrow definition of social acceptability - you would be totally alone.
You essentially truly believe that you ARE alone, and the only answer is to conform, fit in, and eventually, maybe, some magical day, you will find that connection you are looking for.
unfortunately, this is all complete and total Bull S***.
So today, lets look at the actual steps you can take to move towards living your bliss, figuring out what will give you bliss, and figuring out how you can actually LIVE that way, without all the crippling self doubt and fear of isolation.
