30 Bananas a Day!

Where is the best place in the US to be fully raw?

Coming up on my last year as a student and starting to think about where I want to live after I graduate. 

My number on priority, you guessed it, is FRUIT. 

What's the best place for a high carb raw vegan to live in the United States? Arizona? Hawaii? 

Also, what about South America?

I've lived in Arizona for a long time I don't feel like the produce is anything special, however I live in the mountains where it's cold so we might not get the same stuff you get at lower elevations. I've been really interested in Florida recently, they have some amazing fruit there... but I can't imagine anywhere in the US has better fruit selection than South America.

California has lots of affordable fruits n greens.  However, I am not attracted to CA because of the overcrowding issue.  I need my three feet of personal space.  :-D

There are others states that fall under the south midwest region that have potential if one would want to start a fruit farm.  States such as Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas may have potential.  It is kind of a dream of mine to convert a cattle ranches to fruit farms some day.  However, one would have to be careful before investing in land because some parts of the USA have a thin layer of topsoil and then bedrock so trees may not grow very well long term.  

OK, enough of my rambling.  I suggest that maybe you take a road trip from east coast to west coast, (I had the privilege of doing that a while back), take the back roads and scenic routs, and see whats out there there interests you.

I've spent time in AZ and found the fruit situation prime! Great produce, great prices, nice weather here too, and a good raw community happening in Phoenix. I haven't visited Hawaii, but have heard it's a fruity paradise. Maybe you could go visit a couple of places, see which feels like home :)
