made homemade hummus. OMG so good and can control how fatty. I probably had 1 cup of hummus it was so amazing and guilt free! put the hummus on my rainbow lettuce cups which had hummus, sweet mini chilis, celery, cucumbers and carrots. also had a handful of my mom's jamaican jerk tofu
finally tried PB2. love it! 1 tsp of that with 1/2 banana
tomorrow I can finally start walking! I'm going to walk the dogs so I'm not lying around like a couch potato. today had a lot of oil but I didn't want to be rude to my dad who had been working all day in the kitchen from Teff Love, an Ethiopian vegan cookbook. Most if not all of the recipes can be made oil free and they all look delicious so if you like Ethiopian cuisine, which is naturally vegan friendly, I recommend the book. It's very flavorful and spicy.
