Week 1 complete!- 30 BaD Challenege Pics

I stayed raw except for 3 meals. I thought the potato meals was going to be super boring, but it wasn't! However I found that the corn pasta digests much better for me, and faster. I am struggling with finishing my 2liter smoothies, either completely or in a timely manner. They can take me a couple hours to finish because I get SO full I just cant drink anymore. Working on stretching out my stomach i suppose. My sleep schedule is still crazy, but, I don't get as depressed about it. Also I overshot with my shopping a week ago, so I'm struggling to eat all the fruit before it goes bad. I can tell when I need carbs, which is good but sometimes it's when I'm not at home so I've been exploring vegan options out in town, which is fun. So let's make a list (yay lists!)

Pro's

Mental clarity has improved

I feel like my digestion has improved because it really is about 20-30 min after completing a fruit meal I'm hungry

I've exercised twice this week!

More energy- not crazy noticeable, though

I love smoothies

Found a fantastic vegan restaurant down town Tucson that I went carb crazy at-

Ties in with the above -wasnt big on salt before but now I do not like the salted and oily taste from the pizza i got, but i needed to eat

I like melon breakfasts

Lost some inches in my waist - but no weight change

Con's

Getting painfully full whilst trying to finish a 2L smoothie

GAS - so much of it

getting up in the middle of the night several times to pee

I don't have compost so I feel bad about wasting extra fruit

I've got a fruit fly problem...

Not many con's and some are more like annoyances. I am enjoying it all so far, I wish I was eating more so I could get through the food I bought. The days I'm not sleeping I'm maintaining 2500-3000 calories. Have had some alcohol, I keep it to a minimum and as straight as possible. So, here's the thing, I didnt actually weigh myself RIGHT before the challenge I just took the last weight I knew from several weeks ago. I weighed myself on Wednesday and it was 137, granted it was after the pizza overload, that's about a 10lbs difference. Not really sure what to do about that except maybe use 137 as my starting weight and go from there. But I have done two good workouts thia week, which was nice to have the motivation for. OK nuff words heres pics, I didn't have someone to take to them for me....and they're sideways..

good job! Keep it up.  I have most of your cons too.  I'm so use to the bloating though that it does not bother me anymore.  My issue is sleeping a whole night without having to pee at 3 am in the morning!  Hard to prevent because i load up on water after my dinner which tends to be the most salt that i consume all day.

Bust= 37in

Waist=26.5

Hips=36

Thigh=20.5

Arm=10.5
