I just had a big watermelon lunch and it is affecting me like drugs, I’m experiencing such a rush o f energy right now! I just spent 10 minutes doing bicycle crunches, arm circles, and front jabs. Go fruit yourself!
I know what I described is not a lot of exercise, but I'm healing both a broken wrist and a broken foot right now so it takes a lot more energy to do a small amount of activity. I still feel amazing!
