30 Bananas a Day!

Is possible that water makes you more hungry because when I drink alot of water I get hungry and start craving vegan sodium dense food.
Plus dr. Graham says you should only pee 10 times a day but when I try to drink a gallon a day I pee more than that and my fruit counts as water so whats going on?

At least ten times daily, some pee 15 times daily and feel good that way.  If you are craving salt you may need to increase your tender leafy greens, like celery or lettuces.  The book The Body's Many Cries For Water explains that it takes several weeks for your body to adjust to becoming fully hydrated, so stay consistent in your new program and give it at least a month.  Of course keep educating yourself on ways to improve.

Sounds like you arent retaining enough water.  Are you 100% raw, or just raw till 4?  What kind of fruit are you eating?

Try to focus more on sweet fuit that are higher in carbs and hopefully that will help you retain a little more water a stop peeing so much.  If your eating too much fats, it could be preventing your body from absorbing all the glucos in your blood.  High blood glucos can cause increased trips to the bathroom.


I personally am in and out of the bathroom ALL DAY until i eat my non fruit meal at dinner time. O_O I'm convinced im detoxing tho.
