I have an abundance of bananas right now in my house, so I thought to give banana island a go! I have done periods of eating bananas 2-3 days and experienced minor benefits (softer skin, more positive attitude, and clearer eyes). I will be completing 7 days this time, before my summer classes and busy work schedule start up.
I am hoping to improve:
-My skin (I have a horrible case of acne on my shoulders that has been plaguing me the past year. My guess this is either detox or a reaction to my love for tomatoes)
-Clearer eyes (I wear contacts a lot and I think this puts a toll on my poor lil eye balls...)
-Faster/Farther Running times
