So this is my 1 week update and its not as hard as i thought it would be. I am being very lenient with myself but i have to ease my way into this. As a meat lover, I cant go cold turkey. Ive been drinking large smoothies and having mono meals for breakfast and lunch everyday and drinking tons of water. As for dinner, I eat whatever is home which is usually rice (larger serving) and meat(small piece). I did buy vegetables to eat a big salad before I reach for that but Ive been to lazy to do that step. This is something that Im going to implement today. So far I feel OK. I've been getting headaches and a couple of days ago I started getting body aches and my sinuses have been bothering me. I dont know if its from the change or I'm just getting sick. Other than that, bowel movement is better than ever... may be too much info but it doesnt smell AT ALL lol and Im not embarrassed if I have an emergency in public. I guess because the fruit and veggies pass so quickly that it doesnt sit and rot in your system? Anyway.. I'm sitting starting my day with a delicious apple pie in a glass smoothie and I'm so excited for the future with is lifestyle change!!
