So far that is all I have eaten. I live in Spain and it is only 5:15 here. I am getting ready to eat again. I just woke up from my siesta :)

hmmmm ok I did Protein 10, Carbs 680, and Fat 10 it seems to have taken it as the carb bar has moved.

I know I need at least 680 carbs a day but so far that is all I know. Every time I put in 680 it changes it back to like 52.

And that's not all you ate for the day, is it? I suggest at least 2500 calories a day, again, more if you are above average weight or size in general or are active :) Hope this made sense!

Yup... good old restrictive cronometer right there. 130g of carbs? That probably has to be at least 5x the amount, if not alot more. 

We have to set new nutritional targets for ourselves, here's how to do it.  Go to "Profile" and scroll down to "Nutritional Targets" and change the amounts to what you want them to be, based on how much of each you need. I'd suggest asking someone more experienced too as I don't quite know exactly how much of each nutrients you should be getting through your diet each day. But for carbs, at least 10 grams of carbs for 1 kilogram of your current bodyweight. Example: woman of 55 kilograms should eat at least 550 grams of carbs a day to thrive on 80/10/10. That's a minimum, and you might need alot more depending on your lifestyle or body condition.

Here is a pic of the nutritional targets. I just checked the Fat one so it didn't show up before. 

The numbers at the bottom for Protein, Carbs and Fat, what should those be at?

Thanks Dreamer. I din't realize that you were the one that reply to my cron-o-meter question till just now...LOL 

I have done searches online for raw salsa but most of them use olive oil, garlic and onions. So I am still on the hunt. Watching the video now. 

The question I had on the cron-o-meter is setting the nutritional targets. What am I suppoed to be watching out for? The calories confuse me. This morning I have 6 bananas with 6 dates. The bananas were 400 grams for all of them and the dates were 144 grams for the 6 of them. When I put that into the cron-o-meter...well here is a screenshot. The carbs are off the charts. Does this look right?

Oh okay haha. No I don't personally have recipes for salsa but there is a recipe group here where you could ask for one. I used to loooove salsa, can't take it anymore though, not even when raw and home made. There's a video recipe for salsa though, I just realized, I'll post it for ya --> "Raw Salsa + Dance Salsa = HOT SALSA!"

Oh dear heavens no, I can't take anything hotter than ketchup...LOL The tall fat ones are actually sweet and the smaller ones are actually for frying but in a raw salsa they are yummy.

You don't by any chance have a good salsa recipe do you? :)

strawberries! yeah! what are green things on the tray? hot peppers? are you sure you can take it? lol I swear I have gotten so much more sensitive to spicy things now
