Oh wow, guys. The past few days my body has been feeling kinda crazy, and I've been knowing that I need to do something different. I ate some kale the other day and I felt absolutely ugghh afterwards, belly hurt, and very acidic in my throat and chest. A few hours later I threw up, and then later I ate a watermelon and felt a lot better. Every time I eat watermelon I always feel amazing, and its the only fruit I feel that way about right now. Yesterday I started the day with a large watermelon and then ate another one for lunch, but i was still hungry so i didnt wait long enough and ate some raw soup with avocado and lettuce and tomato. i felt okay but then as i ate the avocado i started to feel my body telling me to stop. i also ate some nectarines. i had a belly ache all into the night and then threw up around 12:30 ish. i got up and went to sleep outside for a little while, took a really little poop and it wasnt easy, and then retched a little more. i breathed through it, and felt like it was going to rain so i took my stuff up and went to sit on the porch for a little. then i went inside and took a nice bath/shower in the light of a Himalayan crystal lamp and started feeling better. then i went upstairs and by this time it was maybe 3 am. so i went to sleep and slept really well, and woke up around 11 ish. my brain is healing a lot from past sleep deprivation so i wouldve liked to sleep later but at a certain point i just had to get up. started today with a big melon, wasn't very sweet so i wasn't quite full but i didn't want to eat anything else. today i got a case of mini melons and two large ones and i will be eating nothing but sweet juicy delicious watermelons until futher notice :) ! yes! anyone else did this, and what are your experiences?
