30 Bananas a Day!

I'm Paulina. I don't post a lot just sometimes.... but I love Free and harley! hehe

Okay, I was aiming for a 100% raw October, but that didn't work out. So Now I am aiming for 30 days 100% raw, starting on October, and today is Day 3, so that's a positive step! :)

Had some cooked food at a friends wedding last weekend, beautiful meal, the entree and dessert were raw and beautiful. And I spent heaps of time at the wedding talking to the girl next to me about raw foods, and even wrote down some websites for her to get recipes and even wrote a few raw recipes out for her. She was really interested in raw foods as she hadn't really heard much about it but really did love fruits and veggies.

Okay, so my food intake for Thursday...

Day 1 - 100% Raw
Thursday Oct 8th

Water: 15 glasses = 3.75

Breakfast - 8:45am
Green Smoothie, 1 Litre
400 ml orange juice - 180kcal (4/90/6%)
432 bananas, 10 - 384kcal (3/93/4%)
37 parsley, rocket, spinach (all from the garden) - 13kcal (15/55/30%)

11:45am - Banana Smoothie, 0.9 litres
519 bananas, 10.5 - 462kcal (3/93/4%)
2 glasses water

3:10pm - Banana Smoothie 0.9L
548g bananas (10.5 small) - 488kcal (3/92/5%)
2 glasses water

6pmish - 303 apples (2) - 158kcal (3/95/2%)

100g kiwi fruit, 1 - 61kcal (7/86/7%)
100g orange, 1 - 47kcal (2/92/6%)
112g bananas, 1 - 100kcal (3/93/4%)
3 raw crackers 30g - 59/26/15%)

8:30pm - 200 bananas, 2 - 178kcal (3/93/4%)

2 x sunflower bliss balls - 4kcal (76/24/0%)

Dinner 830pm
72g baby spinach - 17kcal
217g tomatoes, 4 - 39kcal (8/74/18%)

* I think I ate the apricot bars at night, after my salad cos I was still hungry. Felt really good during the day (And really hungry too) before I had the three smoothies. but then starting running lowish on bananas). I ate a lot of calories today according to nutridiary, but I'm happy with what I ate, I was really hungry before eating the smoothies like I said! So hmm.. should I Have done more exercise?

Will post up yesterday and today, tomorrow. Am on dial up so it takes a few hours to put my food intake into nutridiary. I know I need to exercise more! :)

Any input would be greatly appreciated! :) I'm not really aiming for low fat, but i know thats important. I would rather get most of my calories from fruit, rather than from fats. But just wish I had more ripe bananas! :)

thanks heaps for your feedback storietime. yeah, i do agree about the nuts and oils. basically i know i eat them when i'm still hungry cos i havent eaten enough fruit. like a few days ago i ate THREE packets of my best mates raw crackers. that's three packets, which have about 3 or 4 biscuits inside of them, thats a LOT Of linseeds! I know i was just hungry. but i feel best eating lots of ripe bananas and lately haven't had them, just been contendin with oranges and unripe kiwis which make the edges of my mouth all stingy. i have read 811 and am reading it again, and i agree a high fat diet sounds a bit absurd with a high fruit diet. i feel better eating low amounts of fat too.
