Once a strict discipline to eat raw fruits and vegetables only, now a very enjoyable passion. Besides dropping a good 20 pounds, my athletic performance is always on a climb, went from trying to run 2 miles and being sore for a week to at least 6 miles a day minimum (and increasing) within 2 months. I would like to point out, that ever since cutting nuts and seeds out my digestion has improved quite tremendously - only overt fat I eat is a small hass avocado maybe 2-3 times a week. On a typical day I consume a minimum of 3000 calories a day mainly from fruit throughout the day and for dinner usually make a raw soup or salad averaging 500 calories. I have been thriving ever since starting 811 - never have I felt better period.
