I am trying to catch up with Greenmama...not sure what day to call this because I have been trying to blog as much as possible LOL.
Anyhow, I drank most all of my calories today because I was busy and actually logged info into cronometer. Yay!
Breakfast: Green smoothie : Bananas/strawberry/spinach x 2
Lunch: "Chocolate" smoothie: Banana/water/carob powder
Dinner: Celery grape and apple salad
Snack: Cinnamon and banana smoothie
Calories 2200 87% carbs 7% fats 6% protein
35 grams protein/520 grams carbs/19 grams fats
15 minutes stair climber 15 minutes treadmill
Water: Lost track greater than a liter
Took allegra for allergies - felt tremendously better
still blowing nose though, from time to time
energy/mood on point today
I felt so patient and not irritable! Yay
I didn't reach my goal for food! (By like 900 cals). Ended up drinking most of my calories --- but that is okay. I will try again tommorow. I have some delicious caracara oranges and mangoes to eat. And I have my lovely organic bananas from WFoods. Just loving them. Love love love organic bananas. Tommorow I want to increase my water intake as well. Feeling blissful. Peace/love nana friends!
