Upped my exercise: (hope it helps with sleeping tonight!)
2 walks = 30 minutes
2 YOGA sessions = 45 minutes
1 cardio session (Fit TV's Gilad!) = 20 minutes
Woke up at 8am!
Ate 100% LOW-FAT RAW:
smoothies done in 3 sets, drank slowly
-briefly soaked DATES: 700 calories
-1 head of red leaf lettuce
-1 gallon of distilled water
What's funny is that I was so determined to eat raw all day, (even though I am about out of food stamps), that I went to 3 different stores to find ripe bananas this morning.
This was an awesome day. :D
Also learned I only need 2 classes to finish my A.A. degree at community college, not 3! So, I should graduate this Spring and go to University of ... Somewhere, sometime!
Going to attempt bed soon, but not tired (even though I really really should be) :P
