30 Bananas a Day!

Successful day and a thought about my calorie intake

Hello there, everyone!
My day was pretty successful  - 100% raw, and I got in a lot of fruit!

Calorie intake: 2168kcal

Fat intake: 16.1g 

Protein intake: 34.9g

(88.4%, 6.3%, 5.3% -> In this case carbs, protein, fat. I tend to confuse the order sometimes, is it right?)

For me that's pretty good. The hardest thing for me has been to eat enough so far, and eating more than 2000 calories is pretty good for me. After many videos I thought 2000kcals were enough for me, and on many days I didn't even make it past the 1900 mark. But today, after not exercising much or being very active in general, I'm still not feeling very satisfied even though I had more than 2000 calories! Even though I am only 15 years old, it's possible that I still need more than that. Now, let's take a look at my vitamins and minerals!

Cronometer says I reached 84% of my nutritional targets.

In most vitamins and minerals I'm fine, but I'll list the ones where I reached less than 100%, chronological order:

Vitamin E: 50% (7.4mg)

Sodium: 57% (396.5mg)

Selenium: 64% (22.5mcg)

Zinc: 67% (6.0mg)

Calcium: 71% (462.6mg)

Iron: 78% (11.7mg)

That's it. Do you think there's anything I should worry about, like those nutrients I didn't get a 100% of? And do you think I, a 15 year old girl, need more than around 2100 calories? Should I also aim for 2500?

You're growing so yes you should aim for 2500 calories! It will get easier to eat enough the longer you stay on this lifestyle :). The reason the calorie recommendations are stressed so much is so that you don't under eat and then fall off the 801010rv wagon, so you should definitely eat more if you are not satisfied :).

I think it's alright to have some of those minerals below 100%.  You should eat as much as you care for.  If that means 2500 calories then do it.
