im not looking for pity or anything at all. just a space to write how I'm feeling and i really feel I'm like the only one who can not find the right balance of what i need from this diet to be my ideal weight / lose weight. i know its about health and the health benefits I've received thus far completely outweighs the only cons which is slow colon and weight gain but to finally lose the weight and show all the haters how great this diet, i just can't wait for that day

I use an app on my iPhone called my fitness pal. I set a goal weight and told it I want to lose 1lb a week. It calculated my daily calories to be 2300. I feel pretty good eating that. I go over a little every once and a while but I never feel starved. I'm doing 80/10/10 raw with one cooked meal a day 6 days a week and all raw 1 day a week. The majority of my raw calories are blended. I feel I have better digestion this way. It's a bit meticulous tracking everything but the app makes it easy and my results speak for them selves. I lost 10lbs in the first ten days and fit back into a shirt yesterday that I haven't worn in 13 years. Thy blending and maybe use digestive enzymes or probiotics with you meals. Hey cheer up! I gained a bit of weight as well but I've been leaning out recently because I switched to starch solution after seeing how scary high my triglycerides were and that my body didn't seem to be reacting well with the large fruit meals. My appetite also diminished quite a bit for fruit strangely and I started to want more starch foods. coming from a ED background this was a great feeling for me, to just eat until satisfied and not overly full. 

I know this might be kind of taboo to talk about eating less than 2500 calories but I honestly feel great just eating when I want and how much I want and feeling calm and light all the time. I have no idea how many calories I've been eating daily, but I know it's not as much as before, but I feel great. I felt like I was concentrating too much on food when I was rt4, very obsessive behavior and getting stressed over not getting in enough. 

I very much want to be rt4 and eat tons of fruit till I look pregnant and feel great but my body is just not ready for it yet. I will probably try rt4 or more raw meals in a few months, but for now fruit is just snacks or side dishes. 

Also exercise will help with the colon, even a little bit of strength training. And maybe get more sleep and relax!
