I am wondering if there's anyway to heal IBS and a noisy gut. I was diagnosed with IBS with constipation around the year 2000. I know there's a new dietary protocol to manage symptoms called Low Fodmap. I am obviously doing the vegan version of it. I at least have one bowel movement normally since I went vegan. What's the normal stool frequency for vegans without stomach problems? Should I just do a raw version of vegan Fodmaps and use potatoes and rice as a backup plan? Lentils, beans, watermelon, brocolli, and other high fodmap foods upset my stomach and an acceptable low fodmap food, oranges can cause problems too. I'm sick of being sick to my stomach. My father doesn't really understand that I'm actually sick and says that he'll kick me out if I don't get myself together and that stresses me out and makes things worse.
