I know that steamed = not raw, however I was wondering whether there was a HUGE issue with having a big bowl of steamed veggies every once in a while? (lets say once per month). I've been having occasional cravings for steamed veggies - particularly brussell sprouts, cauliflower and beetroot. I would consider having low fat steamed veggies preferable to high fat raw nuts/avocado etc.
Anyone engage in the occasional steamed fest?
