That's my goal for the month of September - and ongoing... staying above 2500 calories.
Learning very quickly that planning out the food for my whole day while I'm carbed up in the morning is key. Also, having a variety of foods around so that I can satisfy any cravings that arise.
It's only been three days, already my sleep is different. I'm consistently recalling bits and pieces of dreams when I've never been able to remember dreams more than a couple times of year.
I'm peeing a ton, and it's consistently clear.
I feel amazing when I wake up the morning.
I am more patient and considerate.
Just overall really REALLY happy that I have made this decision.
