I will be starting this lifestyle in four days! I have started a chronometer account, have a water filter, have a juicer, have a blender, and will visit the wholesale department of my local farmer's market on Saturday. I plan to have the following each day:
32 oz water with lemon first thing
32oz-64oz fresh juice for breakfast
Large fruit mono-meal for lunch
Small fruit meal and salad with 1-2lb greens and 2tbsp fat (nuts, seeds, avocado, coconut, etc.)
32-64oz water throughout the day
Anything I missed? Any suggestions?
