30 Bananas a Day!

Update on my skin condition, as it was ...

from head to toe,1 year duration, red flaking & serverly itching, heat sensitive and open wounds and bleeding. i'm currently trying to get photos from the dermatologist i saw previously to compare the before and after. i did think that i was dying, and as far as im concerned i was.

and now, with much love and gratitude with the change to low fat raw vegan  ... IT"S GONEEEEEE!!!!!!

This is the most relief i've had yet, it gets better and better. it's been about four months now with my change of diet and weither it was the gluten or dairy or processed anything, i'm healing quickly. no more days of endless itching and being deathly scared to break a sweat.

Once i get the photos i'm going to promote the cure across the wide spread groups of those seeking any means of help for there potentially " incurable" eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis.

I know if someone out there would have told me all i had to do was eat sweet juicy delectable fruit all day long and i would be cured!  i would have started immediately !!!!!!!!!!!! with no hesitation in mind.

That is so awesome.  I have severe rosacea that is improving daily.  I have only been on the lfrv diet/lifestyle for a month and the results have been incredible.  I have tried all sorts of diets, medications, and gave up running because I would turn red that I felt like I was burning.  Almost all my papsules(rosacea acne) have gone, did have a bad breakout the first two weeks I went 100% but now I have a tiny glow.  I used to wear a hat so I would not have to look people in the eyes because I was so ashamed.  I no longer wear hats unless I need shade from the sun I used to not go in at all.  I still have a long way to go but people like you keep me inspired and I know I am on the right track.  Thank you for sharing your journey with us.

I have pictures of before I am going to post soon.  I did not like to get photographed at all so I had to look real hard to find some.  And I am walking/running again. There is no turning back for me either and I already tell others what I am doing to heal myself.

Keep up the great work on spreading the healing word.

Never get tired of reading such jaw-dropping testimonials.

I rejoice with you, Sierra! :)

That is Great News!  So happy for you!  My husband has the same condition and takes a horrible injectable drug that compromises his immune system.  He actually believe the Derm Dr's who say that diet has nothing to do with the disease.  He is so far off from the 811 lifestyle and thinks I am an extremist for following such a "Hardcore" diet   Pushing anything on him, makes him revolt big time, but perhaps showing him a few photos my have an impact.  Look forward to seeing your before and after photos!
