Rawtill4 beginner in need of advice

I've recently gone rawtill4, but when it comes to dinner I cannot stop eating... Seriously. What am I doing wrong? I am never satisfied.

They key is to stick to high calorie fruits and high cal cooked carbs, skip the greens and other low cal stuff for a few weeks until you get used to the volume.  Also eating high calorie meals earlier in the day will get you where you want to be by dinner so you feel satisfied by bed time.  At least 2000 calories should be coming from fruit during the day as outlined here: RT4 Instructions By Freelee TheBananaGirl

Well if you come from a restrictive background its natural to eat more. Now I do not know if you come from a background of eating disorders/yo-yo dieting etc, so its hard to say anything, but I can say for myself, (i come from a background of anorexia) and my appetite was CRAZY for the first.. 9 months or so. It's gone down now though, and I tend to eat a bit less for dinner now compared to before. I still keep my fruit/raw intake as high as possible though. :) No worries though, just keep eating, your appetite will find its balance after a while.

I appreciate your comments but rather than giving me advice on what to do (minus meg saying what are you eating throughout the day) you are just telling me to keep going etc.. I hope I have not offended anyone but I want to reassure people that I no longer have this poor mindset anymore and what was in the past remains in the past

I think people have got the wrong end of the stick when I uploaded that post/blog/w.e. You have taken it as if I cared that I was eating a lot and in all honesty I could not care less, I was just so confused as to why after I had eaten my cooked dinner I had to go back for another potato and then another... I was SURE I was doing something wrong and wanted to know what that reason was not that I ''should not be ''afraid'' to eat more''. 

Meg, I do not eat until the point of sickness etc I just have to keep going up for more food until I feel satisfied... like anybody else would. 

Dave, I do not feel as though I am 'pigging out' or am I feeling guilty in the slightest I just wanted to know what I was doing wrong and I need to do e.g. eat more greens, eat more fruit throughout the day etc  to counteract this.

Cassie, I never think that there is too much food on my plate.. In all honesty I'm probably thinking anything but that even when my plate is sky high

Ive learnt that if your still starving at night you aren't eating enough earlier on in the day.

Ive just started raw till 4 also, and I'm making sure i eat SO much more than i used to.

I don't stop eating till my stomach is distended with fruity goodness!

Don't fall into the trap of thinking you have too much food on your plate, if your still hungry don't stop eating (provided its still in the diet).. simple as that!

I've noticed that since I've been on this diet I've been eating a lot more. I watch Freelee and Durians vidoes all the time and they get down. I never feel guilty eating a lot if it's healthy food. I think that's part of carbing up. Look at it like this, it's better you pig out on good food than !@#$%^ food. I'd rather pig out on figs then cookies. Our bodies are designed to eat this way.
